In 2012 Talitha founded The Lurid Republic Ltd, a small design agency specialising in Design for the Education Sector. In the 6 years since, we have diversified and grown to include services centred around Inbound Marketing that extend from Social Media Management, Digital and Social Media Strategy, Content Production and Signage and Design.

Combining her love for business and social enterprise, she has always operated with one foot in the NGO door and currently collaborates with various low decile schools in South Auckland to provide services and support to them.
Starting a creative company was always on the cards, but operating it in a way that was meaningful and fun has always been the real dream, and here we are.
